Eating too fast is a major contributor to being overweight. The faster you eat, the more calories you shove in before your brain registers that you’re eating. During the same time that one guy is eating 300 to 400 calories, another person might be taking in 800. If you find it hard to go slow, try eating with your non-dominant hand for a week. Your clumsiness will force you to slow down and eat less.
