Weight loss? Menshealth magazine

This is from a menshealth magazine article...I'm saying this because I don't want to post it on a forum and possibly get someone in any kind of copyright forums because of my own ignorance.

The secret to weight loss is simple. Just burn 100 extra calories per day and you can lose more than a pound a month, 15 pounds a year, the really good news: We found some simple ways any guy can do it

1.Putt 156 golf balls
2.Chop wodd continuously for 4 minutes, 22 seconds
3. Swim a few laps of your favorite stroke
4.Run a 5-minute mile (You'll have burned 100 after a 4 1/2 minutes)
5.Jump on a stationary bike and ride it at a pace of 20 mph for 4 minutes, 52 seconds
6.Hum the Rocky theme song and skip rope for 9 1/2 minutes
7.Hike the Great outdoors with at least 22 pounds in your backpack for 9 minutes, 15 seconds
8.Reenact the end of any movie starring Van Damme, Seagal or Lee (Martial arts burn 100 calories roughly every 8 minutes)
9.Play tennis for 9 minutes
10.Ski down the advanced slope for 15 minutes.
11. Tread water for 14 minutes
12.Paint the house or clean the gutters for 16 minutes
13. Throw long passes while avoiding the Patriots defense for 16 minutes.
14.Hit the weights for 13 minutes
15.March in the protest of your choice for 10 minutes (carrying a sign for placard will burn 7 more calories)
16. Take an intense aerobics class for 11 minutes, 8 seconds
17. Wrestle with your kid brother on the floor for 7 minutes.
18. Go two round with Lenox Lewi (Can't go that long? No problem. Lying unconscious on the ground for an hour and a half will burn the same amount.)
19. Spend an 13 minutes helping your wife find just the right spot for the ^#$*!! couch
20. Slow dance through 7 songs (about 26 minutes)
21. Shower her with 9,240 mini-kisses all over her body
22. Bowl 10 games
23. Plant 2 medium sized-trees
24.Throw fastebals to the Yankees for two innings
25.Sip Ice water all day long. Eight 16-ounce glasses of ice water raises your metabolism(the rate at which your body burns calories) And burns an extra 100 calories.
26. Woo her with a 33 minute tune on the piano
27. Make love to her for about an hour. (Then again, if you can accomplish this on a regular basis, she probably doesn't care how fat you are.
